Description

The Marketing & CRM Coordinator will support the execution of marketing activities across the European TNC business, covering France, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Czech Republic.

The role is primarily focused on website management, CRM communications, marketing content creation and day-to-day marketing execution to support lead generation, customer engagement and business growth.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and commercial teams, the successful candidate will help ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Content Management
  • Manage day-to-day updates of TNC websites across European markets
  • Publish and maintain offers, pricing, vehicle information and partner content
  • Coordinate website updates with developers and external agencies
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency and localization
  • Conduct regular quality control checks across websites
  • Support SEO content implementation and website optimisation initiatives
  • CRM & Customer Communications
  • Create and deploy newsletters and CRM campaigns
  • Manage customer audiences and campaign scheduling
  • Support lead nurturing and customer retention programmes
  • Coordinate content creation for CRM communications
  • Monitor campaign delivery and engagement metrics
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and privacy requirements
  • Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution
  • Support the deployment of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Coordinate marketing assets and promotional materials
  • Create and update marketing collateral and point-of-sale materials (POS) for sales teams, agencies and partner programmes
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials across European markets
  • Support partner marketing activations and communication programmes
  • Maintain campaign calendars and marketing documentation
  • Assist with the localisation of campaigns across European markets
  • Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Update marketing performance reports and dashboards
  • Consolidate CRM, website and campaign performance data
  • Support the preparation of business reviews and management presentations
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and maintain reporting files
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, digital marketing or marketing coordination
  • Internship, apprenticeship or first professional experience accepted
  • Experience working with websites, CRM platforms or digital marketing tools is desirable
  • Technical Skills
  • CRM and email marketing platforms (Brevo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent)
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Canva or equivalent) is a plus
  • Languages
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Fluent French (mandatory)
  • Additional European language is a plus
