The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
Support in providing optimum Fleet Plans (Business Plan, Current Estimate) for Country ensuring the plan to meet companies’ targets (most cost-efficient / alignment of supply and demand).
Overseeing detailed Portfolio cost/contribution analysis for different scenarios, managing Planning system according to Acquisition Agreement negotiation developments.
Controlling of the setup of vehicles in the accounting system and the consistency and integrity of data used in the forecasting system.
Providing analysis of financial variances during the month end-closure process.
Controlling of main KPI’s to monitor execution and success rate of the created plan.
Providing ad hoc analysis on Fleet related topics.
Creation of monthly reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree bachelor’s degree in ideally Business Administration / Finance or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role in planning and controlling or in Rental / Automotive Industry would be a benefit.
- Strong numerical / analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, open-minded and not discouraged by setbacks.
- High level of energy, professional motivation, and organization.
- Ability to work with an international team.
- Strong Microsoft Office abilities especially Excel.
