Overview

In this role you drive revenue growth across Hertz brands by leading a team of analysts, shaping pricing and yield strategies, and partnering with operations, fleet, sales, and marketing. You’ll own forecasting processes, optimize system parameters, and oversee CMS and RMS to maximize revenue per unit. You’ll influence senior leadership with data-driven insights and lead cross-functional initiatives that differentiate products and improve efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage Revenue Management analysts, setting expectations, coaching, and ensuring standard processes
  • Monitor yield and pricing effectiveness; redesign strategies as needed with the team
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth and efficiency
  • Present insights to senior leadership and align on actions
  • Own and drive CMS and RMS, ensure solid forecasts and adjustments to system parameters
  • Maintain RMS configuration and regular reviews to maximize yield
  • Produce weekly peak rent forecasts and align with partners on inventory
  • Support adoption of new processes, tools, and change management
  • Coordinate fleet planning and forecast; lead weekly Fleet Planning Workshops
  • Engage with Sales and Operations to maximize Revenue Per Unit and smooth peaks/troughs
  • Conduct daily calls with Logistics to act on CMS recommendations
  • Monitor holidays/events up to a year ahead

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field
  • Proven experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Yield Management, or Demand Planning
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen with ability to translate data into pricing/revenue strategies
  • Proven success in optimizing pricing, utilization, and revenue across markets or product lines
  • Proficiency with forecasting tools, pricing systems, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Ability to collaborate with Data, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious mindset with passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts (a plus)
  • Familiarity with fleet-based or multi-location environments (a plus)
