Overview
In this role you will design, build, and govern a centralized marketing data foundation to enable accurate, integrated analytics across brand, paid, social, and CRM. You will own tagging standards, data modelling, and pipelines, delivering reliable data views and insight products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the single source of truth while ensuring GDPR/consent compliance and fast issue resolution. This is a hands-on position that shapes how marketing data drives decisions and budget allocations.

Responsibilities
- Tagging and implementation: deploy/audit events, conversions, consent; manage parameter standards and de-duplication
- Platform integrations: build connectors/APIs for GA4, GMP, Meta; unify with Databricks, COGNOS, Salesforce
- Data engineering: model clean tables/views; implement data quality checks and documentation
- Dashboards and reporting: deliver Looker Studio/Tableau dashboards; automate reporting; train channel owners
- Attribution and MMM: deploy open source MMM (Robyn, Meridian); design holdouts; support incrementality studies
- Governance and compliance: ensure GDPR/Consent compliance; maintain audit trails; coordinate with legal on risk
- Troubleshooting and enablement: act as single point of contact for data/tracking issues; run enablement sessions and documentation
Key requirements
- GTM/GA4/GMP/Meta tracking expertise
- strong SQL; experience with BigQuery or equivalent
- APIs proficiency
- dashboarding with Looker Studio/Tableau
- Python or R scripting
- MMM/Attribution exposure (Robyn, Meridian) and privacy frameworks (GDPR, Consent mode)
