Overview
In this role you will support marketing activities across Europe to drive lead generation and customer engagement. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage websites, CRM communications, and marketing content delivery. You will ensure timely, localized execution across France, UK, Netherlands and Czech Republic, contributing to growth and operational efficiency. This position offers exposure to cross-market campaigns and a fast-growing international environment. You will help shape how marketing supports sales and customer retention across Europe.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day updates of TNC websites across European markets
- Publish and maintain offers, pricing, vehicle information and partner content
- Coordinate website updates with developers and external agencies
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency and localization
- Quality control checks on websites and support SEO initiatives
- Create and deploy newsletters and CRM campaigns
- Manage customer audiences and campaign scheduling
- Support lead nurturing and customer retention programmes
- Coordinate content creation for CRM communications
- Monitor campaign delivery and engagement metrics
- Ensure GDPR and privacy compliance
- Deploy marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate marketing assets and promotional materials
- Create and update marketing collateral and POS materials
- Coordinate production and distribution of materials across Europe
- Support partner marketing activations and communication programmes
- Maintain campaign calendars and documentation
- Assist with localization of campaigns across European markets
- Update marketing performance reports and dashboards
- Consolidate CRM, website and campaign data
- Prepare business reviews and management presentations
- Monitor key marketing KPIs and reporting files
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
- 1 to 3 years in marketing, CRM, digital marketing or coordination
- Experience with websites, CRM platforms or digital tools desirable
- Fluent English and French mandatory; other European language a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
