Job Title: Supervisor at Hertz
As a Supervisor, you will motivate the frontline team to achieve maximum delivery of exceptional customer service. You will plan and ensure yield opportunities by actively managing fleet volumes and labor resources according to demand. The Supervisor will analyze and improve financial performance by capturing growth opportunities and maintaining low cost levels.
The Hertz Corporation operates brands including Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, and Firefly across approximately 9,700 locations worldwide. Hertz is one of the largest airport vehicle rental companies globally, recognized for its brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, creating a friendly, welcoming environment. Support and manage customer queries at the counter.
- Selling: Demonstrate outstanding selling skills to meet customer needs and maximize revenue, actively delivering on sales targets and understanding local market opportunities.
- Control & Audit: Adhere to SOPs for rent and return procedures, ensure compliance with GDPR, and maintain health & safety standards.
- Financial Acumen: Understand and contribute to the location\βs P&L to maximize profitability.
- Team Management: Manage daily team activities, conduct one-to-ones, provide feedback, and foster a performance culture.
- Fleet & Resource Planning: Plan fleet volumes and labor resources in line with demand. Train team members and collaborate with other departments.
- Problem Solving: Resolve escalated issues using Hertz\βs customer service tools and methods.
