We’re now looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join us in a dual Retail & Warehouse Operative role. Please note: Due to the flexible nature of the operation, this role requires candidates to live within reasonable travelling distance of Fishguard, as some shifts fall outside public transport availability. While hours vary, you can expect to work an average of 20–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering a warm welcome, supporting with enquiries, and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse and retail spaces every day.
  • Follow company guidelines carefully, including checking delivery data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage incoming goods, ensuring efficient storage, rotation, and distribution through internal and external networks.
  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet operational needs.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and keen to return.
  • Support the Site Supervisor by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Act as a keyholder when required, ensuring security procedures are followed and operations continue smoothly.
