Job Description A Day in the Life: To provide global financial and operational analysis, data interpretation, planning and business reporting to franchise leadership team. What You’ll Do Reporting & Analysis Preparation of regular reports and analysis (e.g. Monthly Operating Review, Business Planning, Monthly Forecasts, etc.) Ad hoc reports Analysis and interpretation of data Preparation of a range of presentations Franchise acquisition/divestiture modelling Opportunity Identification Liaise with global franchise team and accounting team to define, build and standardise a global franchise P&L Educational Background What We’re Looking For: Degree Educated Qualified or actively studying Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Professional Experience Broad financial experience; accountancy qualification ideal but not essential Highly systems literate; knowledge of Hyperion is advantageous but not essential Working in a fast-paced, detail orientated environment Knowledge The key components of commercial and operational activities in a service industry Skills Advanced Excel skills (speed, accuracy and innovation) Adaptability to ambiguous tasks and challenges Communicates effectively in all media Flexibility and ability to work to deadlines Good attention to detail Good team player Ability to motivate teams and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills What You’ll Get 25 Days Annual leave Pension contributions matched 8% 40% off any standard Hertz Rentalin a Corporate country Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Programme for employees and family About Us The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
