As Remarketing Manager you will be based in the UK, overseeing the remarketing operations to maximise the resale value of our rental assets. You will manage a team of salespeople and key suppliers critical for the smooth defleet process. Reporting to the UK Fleet Director, your role will significantly impact the department's performance and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement remarketing strategies to optimise the resale value of rental assets.
- Lead and manage a team of salespeople, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Manage the entire remarketing process, including asset evaluation, pricing, and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate asset information and condition reports.
- Identify and engage with potential buyers, including dealers and wholesalers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximise profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
