As a Supervisor, you will motivate the frontline team to achieve maximum delivery of exceptional customer service and plan for yield opportunities by actively managing fleet volumes and labor resources according to demand. The Supervisor will analyze and improve financial performance by capturing growth opportunities and maintaining low cost levels.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provides world-class customer service, creating a friendly, welcoming experience through personalized service. Supports and manages customer queries directly at the counter.
SELLING
- Demonstrates outstanding selling skills to meet customer needs, identify, and maximize revenue opportunities to achieve targets daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. Understands local market dynamics and actively capitalizes on sales opportunities.
CONTROL & AUDIT
- Follows company SOPs for all rent and return procedures to ensure full compliance, including data control under GDPR. Ensures rentable standards are met, damages are documented upon return, and location compliance with health & safety, financial audits, and training requirements.
FINANCIAL ACUMEN
- Contributes to the location\’s P&L management to maximize profitability through team management.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Manages daily team activities through one-to-ones, feedback, and support. Celebrates exceptional performance publicly to foster a performance-driven culture.
FLEET & RESOURCE PLANNING
- Plans fleet volumes and labor resources aligned with demand. Trains team members and collaborates with other departments to develop the location.
PROBLEM SOLVING
