Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide world‑class service, creating a friendly, welcoming experience during rent and return processes, maximizing customer loyalty and sales opportunities.
- Selling: Demonstrate outstanding selling skills, identify and maximize opportunities to increase revenue, and meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Problem Solving: Resolve a wide variety of customer issues throughout the rental journey using Hertz’s proven tools and involving management when necessary.
- Teamwork: Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment to meet quality, service, and performance goals; support colleagues across all operations roles.
- Control & Audit: Adhere to company SOPs for valeting, delivery, and collection; ensure compliance with GDPR and document any additional damage on return.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage a best‑practice sharing culture and strive to improve service and mindsets.
