Supporting independence through personalized home care services. We are well equipped to meet the needs of providers at short notice. We are committed to providing quality care to all our clients. Our care service is built on our strong local reputation, with a focus on the quality of our staff. Staff training and development are key priorities for us. Exceptional teamwork is fundamental to our success.
We offer 24-hour services, operating 7 days a week. Smart procedures and checks are essential for ensuring high-quality service and the welfare of our customers and staff. We utilize various systems to manage our clients and staff, enabling us to:
- Coordinate home care visits and oversee care packages: We use secure mobile technology to monitor visits. Each carer is issued a barcode to access a mobile app, allowing them to clock in and out quickly during visits. This real-time monitoring ensures we know the location of all carers at any time. In case of delays or issues, we keep clients updated and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
- Book staff for shifts and notify when they arrive: Our system monitors staff punctuality, maintaining trust with public and private hospitals.
Every carer is directly employed by us. All healthcare staff are directly employed by us, following strict company policies that prevent outsourcing. This policy ensures we maintain high standards and provide necessary support to our staff. As direct employees, we handle their pay, benefits, holiday pay, pension contributions, overtime, and travel expenses. Each staff member is assigned a supervisor, line manager, and mentor. Supporting our staff enables them to deliver professional, quality care. We are available 24/7 via our dedicated helpline for additional support.
