We offer 24-hour services, operating 7 days a week. Smart procedures and checks are essential for ensuring high-quality service and the welfare of our customers and staff. We use various systems to manage all our clients and staff, allowing us to:
- Coordinate home care visits and oversee care packages: We utilize secure mobile technology for monitoring visits. Each carer visiting a service user is issued a barcode to access a work mobile app, enabling them to clock in and out efficiently. Real-time monitoring ensures we know the location of all carers at any time. In case of delays or issues, we keep clients informed and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
