As Programme Management Support Officer, you will play a central role in keeping our programme management function running smoothly. Your work will include:
- Arranging Programme and Strategic Board meetings
- Helping to develop and implement consistent project management processes
- Supporting the collection and presentation of performance and project data
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Providing diary and meeting support to the Assistant Director for Policy & Partnerships
- Offering wider administrative assistance to the team as needed
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable administrator who enjoys working with a range of people and supporting complex work behind the scenes. You’ll bring strong communication skills, good IT capability and a careful, methodical approach to your work, with the confidence to liaise with senior officers and manage competing priorities. Experience in a large or public sector organisation is helpful but not essential. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who are proactive, adaptable, keen to learn and committed to delivering high-quality support as part of a collaborative team.
The post is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2028, on a full time basis (36 hours per week).
