Overview
An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service team for a Customer Service Adviser. In this front-facing role, you\’ll be a key point of contact for residents and visitors, representing Hertsmere Borough Council with professionalism and empathy.
You\’ll handle a wide variety of enquiries across all council services by phone, email, and in person, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and meet performance targets. Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of enquiries across all council services by phone, email, and in person, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
