As Programme Management Support Officer, you will play a central role in keeping our programme management function running smoothly. Your work will include:

  • Arranging Programme and Strategic Board meetings
  • Helping to develop and implement consistent project management processes
  • Supporting the collection and presentation of performance and project data
  • Maintaining accurate records and systems
  • Providing diary and meeting support to the Assistant Director for Policy & Partnerships
  • Offering wider administrative assistance to the team as needed

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable administrator who enjoys working with a range of people and supporting complex work behind the scenes. You will bring strong communication skills, good IT capability and a careful, methodical approach to your work, with the confidence to liaise with senior officers and manage competing priorities. Experience in a large or public sector organisation is helpful but not essential. The post is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2028, on a full time basis (36 hours per week).
