Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hertford Regional College, with a purpose to deliver flexible, quality-assured recruitment services to the Further Education Sector and Associated Partners.
HRG has grown into an established recruitment business, providing added value services, delivering cost effective, flexible, reliable resource solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record of developing and running a 360 desk with a successful billing record, preferably within the Further Education Sector, but not essential, along with successful management experience.
You will provide a pro-active recruitment, selection and engagement service to deliver the operational plan. You will be responsible for the daily operations of HRG including leadership duties, business development, fee generation, client management and candidate management.
Key responsibilities will include;
1. Ensure the day-to-day operations are completed in line with current procedure and legislation.
2. Achieve recruitment and business development targets each month, ensuring permanent and temporary placements in line with company targets.
3. Responsible for the day to day Account Management Operations, ensuring delivery of KPI’s.
4. Assist with business planning and formulation of strategy for increasing market share.
5. Leading and developing future consultants to successfully meet/exceed targets whilst constantly meeting/exceeding your own personal targets.
6. Use data to drive the performance and output of the team.
7. Responsible for effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders.
