We’re partnering with a leading player in the luxury automotive finance sector to find an experienced Credit Underwriter to join their high-performing international Underwriting & Customer Care team. This is a unique chance to work at the intersection of performance, prestige, and precision—supporting elite clientele with bespoke leasing and credit solutions across private and corporate segments.
The Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team responsible for the full credit lifecycle, acting as a key partner between internal stakeholders and the clients elite European dealership network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end credit processes: KYC, credit checks, analysis, approvals, documentation, and monitoring
- Structuring complex, high-value finance deals with Sales teams and dealers
- Acting as a credit SME for both private and corporate client segments
- Liaising with internal teams (tax, legal, compliance) and external partners to ensure smooth application flow
- Overseeing contract management, including settlements and extensions
- Handling invoicing, payments, and customer support with exceptional attention to detail
- Supporting continuous process improvement and cross-market standardization initiatives
- Covering occasional Saturday shifts (half-day, limited throughout the year)
Your Profile
We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented credit professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in high-value, client-focused environments.
You should bring:
- Solid experience in underwriting and credit analysis (leasing, financing, loans, or similar)
- Background in captive automotive finance highly desirable
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and commercial skills
