We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive individual to manage customer interactions at the end of their vehicle finance agreements. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, advising customers on their end-of-contract options, and coordinating with dealerships to schedule appointments and support retention efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating internal systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on end-of-contract (EOC) options via phone and email
- Proactively contact customers nearing contract completion
- Coordinate with dealerships to facilitate appointments and vehicle returns or upgrades
- Accurately maintain contract and customer records in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in finance, automotive, or a regulated industry
