We’re here to rewrite the script on reproductive healthcare, putting women’s bodies at the centre of it all. We believe women deserve the clinical time and depth required to understand how nutrition connects to their hormonal and reproductive health.

What You’ll Own:

  • Conduct remote nutritional consultations with customers to review their lab reports, provide clear explanations, and offer evidence-based dietary, lifestyle, and supplemental advice, next steps, and appropriate referrals.
  • Provide reassurance and empowering guidance to customers who have received potentially distressing or complex results.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions in line with professional practice standards and GDPR.
  • Follow Hertility care pathways and evidence-based protocols.
  • Collaborate within a diverse medical team, including fellow registered nutritionists and dietitians, nurses and midwives, menopause specialists, counsellors, GPs, fertility specialists (MDs), and our operations and research teams.

Who You Are:

  • Registration: Required current registration as a Registered Dietitian (HCPC, CORU) or Registered Nutritionist (AfN) (RNutr or ANutr) with a strong clinical/evidence-based background.
  • Relevant Experience: Deep expertise specialising in all areas of women’s health (e.g., PMOS, endometriosis, fertility, prenatal/postnatal care, and menopause).
  • Nice to Haves (Bonus Specialities): Expertise in any other areas of nutrition (GLP1s, weight management, gut health etc.)
  • Availability: This is an ad-hoc, bank role - shifts are offered flexibly, based on your availability and our business need.
  • DBS Check: A valid Enhanced DBS check is required, and you'll need to be registered with the DBS Update Service.
  • Professional indemnity: You must hold and maintain independent personal professional indemnity insurance to cover all clinical acts and omissions.

What You’ll Get:

  • You will be working and reporting directly to our Clinical Services Manager Emily.
  • You will receive paid training and onboarding onto Hertility platforms and ways of working.

Our 3-Stage Interview Process:

  • Initial Phone Interview: A 15-minute conversation with a member of our Talent Team.
  • Competency Based Interview: A structured interview focusing on your experience and key competencies relevant to the role.
