Senior CRM Executive

Full time • UK, Remote • £40,000 – £50,000 (We\’re transparent about our salary range – most offers start at the lower end, with room to grow based on performance.)

As a Senior CRM Executive you’ll play an integral role in our growing company. We’re seeking a talented and versatile Senior CRM Executive to join our CRM Squad within the Growth Team and play a major role in driving forward acquisition and retention through CRM, whilst helping to shape our customer communication strategy.

In this role, you’ll assist the management of sophisticated omnichannel lifecycle programs, support the development and launch of new CRM initiatives, and shape the tone and messaging across all CRM touchpoints, ensuring our communications are impactful, on-brand, and tailored to audience needs. What You’ll Be Doing

The role reports to the Senior CRM Manager and sits within the Growth team, and works cross-functionally with the Brand, Product, Engineering, Customer Service and B2B teams.

The Senior CRM Executive contributes to the execution of the overall CRM strategy for the business, with a particular focus on activation and retention across our existing channels including email, SMS and push and future potential channels such as in-app messaging and WhatsApp. They ensure that all comms are built with scale and automation in mind, while balancing this with brand messaging and engagement objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting in delivering a CRM strategy and roadmap that supports Hertility’s growth plans, with a focus on activating and retaining customers and increasing lifetime value
  • Assisting planning and delivery of BAU campaigns and CRM work for the Brand, B2B, Customer Service and product teams
  • Becoming an expert in CRM technology (we use Braze) and ensuring we are constantly innovating how we communicate with our audience
  • Executing end-to-end multi-channel CRM journeys to continually engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle, such as upsell, cross-sell, re-engagement and loyalty flows
  • Assisting in planning and implementing journeys and CRM requirements for product launches and feature releases
  • Testing and learning using A/B and multivariate testing across creative, copy, send time and cadence, ready to gather learnings and share these with the wider team
  • Analyzing data to determine ways to optimise performance to improve conversion and retention
  • Reporting on performance and learnings
  • Getting to know our customers using research, feedback and engagement data, with a view to improving our segmentation strategy
  • Reporting on, and improving CRM KPIs

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive if you’re passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring the following:

  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of CRM experience, ideally within e-commerce, demonstrating deep knowledge of digital marketing, loyalty strategies, and full end-to-end campaign execution. Skilled in using ESPs and CDPs such as Braze.
  • Detail Led: Meticulous attention to detail, from overseeing seamless campaign production to catching even the smallest proofreading errors.
  • Customer Centric: Deeply customer-focused, commercially minded, and always looking for innovative ways to enhance the customer journey.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross functional environments.

Your Team

You will be working and reporting directly to our Senior CRM Manager – Melanie Nordman. You’ll also work with the Growth team, and work cross-functionally with the Brand, Product, Engineering, Customer Service and B2B teams.

  4. Final Interview – Two 15-minute conversations with the Founders.
