Why You’ll Love This Role ❤️ We’re seeking a talented nurse with experience in gynaecology to join our Clinical Services team and you’ll play an integral role in our growing company. In this role, you will conduct virtual consultations to provide advice and support for patients throughout their fertility journeys. The role is varied and also includes creating clinical letters, pathway optimisation and quality checking clinical reports. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in health to help develop our care pathways. If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing 🌟
- Conduct clinical results review consultations with customers to review their lab reports, provide explanations, next steps and referrals.
- Be the first point of contact (phone) for clients who meet our telephone follow up criteria such as abnormal results or requiring further bookings.
- Provide reassurance and clear next steps to customers who have received potentially distressing results.
- Provide administrative support to book customers in for scans, virtual consultations or in clinic visits.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in line with professional practice standards.
- Follow Hertility care pathways and protocols.
- You will work in collaboration with a diverse medical team including, nutritionists, nurses, fertility specialists (MDs) and operations and research teams.
What We’re Looking For 🎯 You’ll thrive if you’re passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring:
- 📜 Registration: Required registration with the NMC.
- 💡 Relevant experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience in a gynaecological setting.
- 🔑 Nice to haves: Knowledge of fertility treatment pathways in the UK. Knowledge and experience in andrology. Experience with providing virtual consultations. Willingness to lead virtual or in person educational webinars with relevant training. Registration in another country.
- 🌟 Team Work: Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team. Can act confidently within scope of practice and elevate as needed.
- 📅 Shift requirements: must be able to work a Friday and complete one weekend day per month (either Saturday or Sunday).
Your Team 💪🏼 You will be working and reporting directly to our Clinical Services Manager Emily. You’ll also work with the customer service team, operations team, our Founders and across our whole business.

- Initial Phone Interview: A 15-minute conversation with a member of our Talent Team to get to know you better and answer any initial questions.
- Competency Based Interview: A structured interview with Yasmin, our Fertility Advisor Team Lead, and Amara, our Customer Experience Manager focusing on your experience and key competencies relevant to the role.
- Task & Discussion: You’ll be asked to complete a short live task with Emily, our clinical services manager. This will help us understand your approach and thought process.
- Final Interview: A final stage is two 15 minute conversations with Natalie, our Co-Founder and COO and Helen, our Co-Founder and CEO.
