The job holder will work closely with the FACT Clinical Lead to implement recovery-focused care plans for an allocated caseload of service users, ensuring that they engage positively with their agreed care plans and access appropriate services on a regular and consistent basis.

This includes contributing to developing strong therapeutic relationships based on attentiveness, sensitivity, understanding, compassion, and honesty, enabling effective engagement and support.
