Main duties of the job You will be an experienced Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse with excellent assessment and risk management skills who can embrace and drive change and innovation.

We are looking for a skilled and intuitive communicator with experience in providing leadership.

You will work directly with the Operational Manager and Clinical Matron, who will provide support, development, and direction alongside other leadership colleagues.

You will know the importance of providing high-quality supervision and of working together with staff and the wider management team in providing supportive, effective, and coordinated leadership to the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users and carers.

You will be required to work closely with our bed management and community services to ensure that service user flow is optimized through effective pre-discharge and discharge work and liaison.
