IST Senior Support Worker Band 4 based in Stevenage, GB, will work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team and carry out direct service user work under the supervision of a qualified practitioner, assessing needs of people with learning disabilities in community or inpatient settings and supporting their individual care plans.

The post requires flexible work across a 7-day period, ability to lone-work with delegated autonomy, and the development of professional relationships with service users and carers.
