Main duties of the job include welcoming visitors to the unit, taking first line telephone calls, and maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming approach. This busy part-time role is varied and duties will include managing the outpatient clinics, including managing the doctor's diaries. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required along with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

To be successful, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate well both written and verbal, as well as working effectively as part of a larger team.

This role is part-time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
