Successful applicants will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised nursing care to patients living in the community. They will need to support the Nursing Sisters of the team to manage the caseload and support junior staff.
A commitment to health promotion teaching and training is essential, to optimise our patients ability to self-manage their health needs and engage them in maintaining their wellbeing.

Stevenage Integrated Community Team are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our friendly, supportive and Gold Accredited Team. You will be working alongside our nursing support staff, therapy staff and Hospital@Home team to provide safe, effective and high quality care to our patients within their own homes. We understand how important it is to have time to settle in to a new team; all staff joining our team are provided with a thorough 4-6 week induction period. Here, you will have the chance to work as a supernumerary member of the team, shadowing numerous staff in various roles within and outside of our team before working independently., Our service operates 8am – 10pm, 365 days a year. We can offer flexible working patterns and pride ourselves on working with our staff to ensure their work schedule supports a healthy work life balance. We are happy to consider full or part time applicants.
A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
