Hertfordshire County Council is recruiting for a Practice Development Lead in Stevenage to design and deliver staff training across the SEND Academy and related services.
The role works with the SEND QA Team and Learning & Development to drive practice improvements and high-quality, accredited training offerings for a large workforce.
You will contribute to QA-driven improvements, support EHCP quality audits, and help embed a culture of outcomes-focused practice across Children’s Services.
