Senior Support WorkerHertfordshire County Council – Adult Care Services – Hoddesdon: 37 hours per week. Female only.
Salary: £33,429 per year (£17.32 per hour), with opportunity to progress to £36,500 (£18.91 per hour). Full time, part time, flexible hours available. Permanent contract.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead shifts – overseeing the team and dealing with day‐to‐day challenges, supervise others and take on an additional area of responsibility such as coordination of training or health and safety.
Support people with personal care; use moving and handling equipment; shift work on days or nights, including weekends and bank holidays; some roles require you to sleep in.

Essential Criteria
Some experience as a Support Worker for this role.
RQF Level 2 award or equivalent.
Willing to undertake an RQF Level 3 award – we will support you with all the additional training you need.
