As a Senior Social Worker you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the delivery of social services to communities or specific areas. Responsibilities: Coordinating different social workers and support services Managing schedules and handling issues or concerns within the community Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals and families Assessing and reviewing the situations of individuals and families Organising and managing packages of support to enable people to lead fuller lives Making referrals to other agencies and participating in multidisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for legal action About you You will be a SWE registered Social Worker , at least 2 years post qualified , who has successfully completed an A Supported Year in Employment program working to the Social Work England professional standards. You will undertake The Care Act assessments for eligible current and historical cases, using our Connected Lives strategy to review and manage packages of care.
