This is an excellent opportunity to gain on the job experience working in a large and supportive finance department, with career progression opportunities. You\’ll be working within our Adult Care Services Finance Business Partner team, who provide expert financial support and advice to the Adult Care Servcices Directorate, particularly with regards the budgeting and monitoring of demand-led care purchasing budgets. We also provide support to our in-house Supported Living Residential Homes, and Day Centres and work closely with health partners in the management of integrated health and social care, (pooled), budgets. The successful candidates will learn and support the team including basic bookkeeping activities, assisting with budget monitoring, and supporting budget managers. Some prior work experience working in a finance-based role or completion of AAT level 2 is desirable but not essential.
