Our service is continually developing to ensure delivery of personalisation and citizenship through our Connected Lives principles. Our service is about finding all forms of Social Care Services for adults across Hertfordshire. Our vision is to ensure that people are able to access support as soon as possible and providers are paid on time. Recently Brokerage Solutions Team has combined to delivered a joint OP/ADT-025 service with the Assistant Service Finders role a core function as part of this team. The Brokerage Team is made up of 46 people, including District Service Finders, Flexible Service Finders, Home Finders and Assistant Service Finders to name a few.
