This is a pivotal role that shapes how crime, performance, and community safety insights influence the Police and Crime Commissioner\’s priorities and wider criminal justice outcomes.Working at the heart of the OPCC, you will provide expert analytical leadership, strengthen corporate understanding of crime and disorder, and ensure high‐quality insight underpins scrutiny, prevention, and evidence‐based policing. Under the leadership of the Police and Crime Commissioner, we are driving forward priorities to prevent crime, reduce harm, tackle high‐impact offending, and improve outcomes for victims and communities.
