The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to provide maternity cover for this pivotal role. You will oversee a wide-ranging portfolio that includes strategic commissioning, managing victim services, and securing sustainable funding to support the delivery of high-quality provision across the county.
As Head of Commissioning, Victim Services and Income Generation, you will play a central role within the senior leadership team, driving strategic direction, shaping service design, and ensuring resources are aligned to where they make the greatest impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic commissioning across a range of victim services to ensure high-quality, evidence-led and effective provision.
- Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of commissioned services, ensuring they are responsive to local needs and aligned with PCC priorities.
- Develop strong partnerships across statutory, voluntary and community sectors to enhance service pathways and outcomes for victims.

- Excellent influencing, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across public, voluntary and private sectors.
- An ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive improvement.
- Experience in income generation or external funding is beneficial but not essential.
