Responsibilities
- Engage with local communities to understand and address their priorities.
- Lead problem‑solving initiatives to prevent crime and build trust.
- Collaborate with partners and use a prevention‑first mindset.
- Participate in neighbourhood policing duties across the county.
Qualifications
- Substantive rank of Police Constable required.
- Previous experience in a Neighbourhood Policing Team is desirable.
- Knowledge, experience, and passion to make a meaningful impact in communities.
- Completed skills audit form submitted to recruitment@bch.police.uk.
- For those within probation, application may be completed before the start date.
