Responsibilities

• Engage with local communities to understand and address their priorities.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives to prevent crime and build trust.
• Collaborate with partners and use a prevention‑first mindset.
• Participate in neighbourhood policing duties across the county.

Qualifications

• Substantive rank of Police Constable required.
• Previous experience in a Neighbourhood Policing Team is desirable.
• Knowledge, experience, and passion to make a meaningful impact in communities.
• Completed skills audit form submitted to recruitment@bch.police.uk.
• For those within probation, application may be completed before the start date.
