The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.
The post holder will:
- Co-lead on productivity, efficiency, and clinical outcomes across the immunisation service and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to immunisation teams on all clinical aspects of the community and school-aged immunisation programme.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of the Immunisation Service delivery according to the requirements of the national immunisation specifications and the CSAIS and Covid contracts.
- Assist in translating relevant organisational and national guidance and policy documents related to quality of service into practice.
- Provide clinical leadership and clear, supportive direction to the immunisation teams in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the service for clinical quality and patient experience.
- Ensure immunisation programmes achieve outstanding uptake.
