Mobile School Cook Manager - Covering sites in Stevenage and Hitchin and surrounding areas, 27.5 hours per week. As a Mobile School Cook Manager, you will play a key role in preparing and serving fresh, tasty & nutritious meals, ensuring students and staff enjoy great food and service every day.

Responsibilities of a Mobile Cook Manager:
- Prepare the menu using the recipes provided, including catering for special dietary needs.
- Make sure food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety standards are always met.
- Keep track of stock, place orders, and help manage the budget.
- Lead and support your team, helping them grow and do their best.
- Build positive relationships with staff, students, and the wider school community.
About you:
- You will need a Full UK driving licence, business vehicle insurance, and your own vehicle to travel between sites.
- Experience in school or educational catering and a passion for working with fresh, quality ingredients.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certification, with further training available if needed.
- Strong understanding of health and safety in a kitchen environment.
- A self-starter who can take initiative, drive results, and motivate and develop your team.
- Eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact in the school community.
