Term Time Only +3 Cleaning Days

  • Rate of Pay:£12.34 per hour (£10,858 per annum)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 20 Hours per week
  • Location: Broxbourne, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Covering Broxbourne, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas to provide Kitchen support services within our Secondary schools.
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Serve food to students and staff
  • Provide courteous and friendly customer service
  • Demonstrate basic IT proficiency
  • Must have a valid driving license, business insurance and access to your own vehicle to fulfil the role requirements.
  • Flexible to travel to local schools as needed to provide necessary support services.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred, but not required
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Food hygiene level 2 certification is preferred, but training will be provided
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Strong timekeeping and reliability skills
