Based at Hillborough Junior School, 27.5 hours per week. As a School Cook Manager, you'll play a key role in preparing and serving fresh, tasty & nutritious meals, ensuring students and staff enjoy great food and service every day.

Responsibilities of a Cook Manager:
- Prepare the menu using the recipes provided, including catering for special dietary needs
- Make sure food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety standards are always met
- Keep track of stock, place orders, and help manage the budget
- Lead and support your team, helping them grow and do their best
- Build positive relationships with staff, students, and the wider school community
About you:
- Experience in school or educational catering and a passion for working with fresh, quality ingredients
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certification, with further training available if needed
- Strong understanding of health and safety in a kitchen environment
- A self-starter who can take initiative, drive results, and motivate and develop your team
- Eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact in the school community
