Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serve meals to children
- Uphold Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- Receive, check, and organise supplier deliveries
- Carry out washing‑up duties, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area
- Represent HCL and reflect our values in everything you do
- Commit to safeguarding children and young people
Qualifications
- Food hygiene Level 2 certification (preferred)
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
- Knowledge of key allergens (preferred)
- A committed team player
- Deliver high‑quality customer service
- Demonstrate good punctuality
