Head Of Marketing – Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid)

HCL are leading contract caterers with a focus on school feeding. We have a commitment to deliver high-quality, nutritious, and engaging food experiences for children and staff across our primary schools, secondary schools, and commercial sites.

As the Head of Marketing at HCL, you will be a driving force behind our growth plan as we expand our portfolio across London and the South of England. Your role will be central in upholding HCL\’s Brand Values, creating impactful packages and messaging for the market and ensuring HCL\’s internal teams are highly engaged.

Managing the Marketing Team and a mix of external agencies, you will oversee all aspects of brand positioning, menu and promotion design for school clients, trade and internal communications, and providing a flexible service supporting the Sales Team in their delivery of our growth targets. Your strategic vision and marketing expertise will also position you as a key figure in representing HCL at presentations, events and trade shows.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a commercial focus who has extensive experience in food marketing.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• strong understanding of digital marketing skills
• excellent communication skills
• strong organisational skills
