Hertfordshire Catering Limited T/A HCL is seeking a Chef Manager for Newman Catholic College. You will lead the kitchen operations, plan and deliver fresh, nutritious meals for pupils and staff, and uphold high service standards every day.
The role is 40 hours per week, term-time only, with a joining bonus and a competitive hourly rate. You will manage stock, budgets, food safety and allergen controls, develop your team, and help create a positive dining experience across the school community.
