School Catering Assistant based at Foxton Primary School, 10 hours per week.
This role involves transporting meals to another site. As a Catering Assistant, you will play an important role in preparing fresh, tasty and nutritious meals and ensuring students and staff enjoy great food and service every day.

Responsibilities of a Catering Assistant:
- Provide courteous and friendly customer service
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Transport the meals to another school, setup and serve the meals, then clear down when service has finished
You will need a Full UK driving licence, business vehicle insurance, and your own vehicle to travel between sites. Food hygiene level 2 certification is preferred, but training will be provided. A basic understanding of health and safety procedures and great teamworking skills in a fast-paced environment are also required.
