Hertford Regional College is looking for a Technology Centre Assistant who will work in our Technology Centres at Broxbourne and Ware and will be responsible for supporting the full range of services including helping students on computers, loaning and returning equipment/books/resources as well as supporting online learning. Our Technology centres offer a delivery of online and digital learning resources and support for students with a range of IT queries and technology needs whether this be their own or college devices while studying at the College.

The post holder will be expected to work some evenings on a rota basis if required. The ideal candidate will have experience of contributing to providing an excellent customer service and preferably within a Technology or Learning Centre with 16-19 year olds and young adults in an educational setting. To be successful in this role, the role holder will have the ability to work without direct supervision, but also work well within a team and possess the ability to deal with conflict and resolve issues, being resourceful and having excellent attention to detail.
