Location: Broxbourne Campus – Broxbourne, HRT EN10 6AE GB

Salary: £35,000 – £43,800 per annum (plus £2,000 market supplement per annum), depending on qualifications and experience

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time – Monday to Friday (36 hours per week)

Holiday: 42 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

About the Role

We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills. In this role you will:

  • Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons
  • Support and motivate students to achieve their best
  • Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
  • Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

About You

You will bring:

  • An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
  • A relevant professional qualification within Bricklaying – minimum of Level 2
  • Proven industry experience (bricklaying/construction)
  • A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
