About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills. In this role you will:
- Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons
- Support and motivate students to achieve their best
- Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively
About You
You will bring:
- An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
- A relevant professional qualification within Bricklaying – minimum of Level 2
- Proven industry experience (bricklaying/construction)
- A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
