About the Role: The successful candidate will help maintain a safe and well-organised working environment across all Construction areas, ensuring that health and safety procedures are followed at all times. They will support the completion of regular safety checks, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the Health and Safety Officer to ensure risk assessments are kept up to date and effective. The role also involves assisting with the upkeep, maintenance, and timely repair or replacement of equipment, preparing workshops to meet teaching requirements, and supporting the ordering of materials and equipment in collaboration with teaching teams to ensure the smooth delivery of practical learning.
About You: Minimum L2 qualification in Brick, Carpentry or Painting and Decorating (or other related discipline to Construction). Minimum L2 qualification in English and Mathematics. Work experience in the Construction industry with a strong understanding of Health and Safety. Evidence of working to high industry standards and recognising what industry expectations are.
