About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer Health and Social Care with excellent organisational and programme management skills.
- Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons
- Support and motivate students to achieve their best
- Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively
- Contribute to the success of both students and educational programmes
About You
- You will bring a teacher training qualification such as a PGCE or DTLLS, or willingness to complete in a specified timeframe
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
- Demonstrable experience within Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in an FE/HE environment
- Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16‑19 along with those with additional needs
- A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
