Salary: £10,500 to £13,140 per annum plus market supplement £1,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Support and motivate students to achieve their best
  • Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
  • Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

If you’re passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to the success of both students and educational programmes, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

About You:

  • An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
  • Relevant professional qualification in Engineering
  • GCSEs C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
