About The Role
- Support the successful enrolment, delivery, training and achievements of apprentices through effective teaching, learning and assessment practices.
- Ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas/specialisms.
- Programme‑manage the Electrical Installation Apprenticeship and line‑manage a team of Electrical assessors with a focus on quality improvement.
- Work within a well‑established and supportive apprenticeships team.
About You
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical (or willing to work toward one during probation) and have occupational experience in the electrical industry. You can demonstrate experience managing a caseload of learners and employers, experience of Apprenticeship Frameworks (Standards) and workplace assessments, and some team‑management experience. This role suits someone who wants a Lead Assessor Trainer position where you can ensure the best outcomes and progression for today’s apprentices and the future.
