About the Role

The Attendance Mentor supports learner success by promoting high levels of attendance, punctuality, and engagement across the Motor Vehicle and Construction departments.

Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, learners, and parents or carers, you will identify and address attendance concerns at an early stage, provide appropriate support and guidance, and help learners overcome barriers that may affect their participation and achievement.

This role contributes to departmental KPIs, including attendance, retention, learner progress, achievement, and progression.

About You

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience in pastoral, administrative or learner‑facing roles.
